All gear comes with a one day check out period!
If you don't like it, pack it up and ship it back to us within
one day from recieving it for a refund of the price of the item! (Sorry, shipping charges to and from us are not refundable!)
The following items are not refundable and are subject
to replacement with the same in the case of a defective unit only:
CDs, DVDs, Sheet Music, Tubes, Raw Frame Speakers and Instrument
Pick-Ups!
Harmonicas can not be returned in any situation due to Health
Code Laws.
In the case if a defect, they must be returned to the manufacturer.
In this case, we will be happy to supply you with the Manufacturer's
Information.
All new gear carries a manufacturer's warranty!
If it breaks within the manufacturers' warranty period, we
will get it fixed for free!
All such warranties are subject to the terms and conditions
of the manufacturer's warranty!
Again, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer!
All used gear that is owned by us carries a 30 day warranty!
If it breaks within 30 days, we will fix it for free!
The customer is responsible for the cost of getting it back to us. We cover the cost of shipping the repaired unit back to the customer.
All consigned gear is sold "as is" and carries a one
week check out period!
If you find a defect in the item you can return it for a
refund within one week, less any shipping charges!
Consigned items can only be returned within one week if there
is a defect!
However, you still have the one day check out period for
a full refund of the price of the item, less any shipping charges!
All Credit Card sales will only be shipped to the
Billing Address of the account that is being used to pay for
the item(s)!
